This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules for using the hosting services, software, and training platforms provided by Brilliantek LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

  1. Prohibited Content (Hosting & Web Development)

You are solely responsible for all data, text, and graphics hosted through our services. You may not host, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is Illegal: Includes child pornography, hate speech, or content that promotes illegal acts.
  • Infringes Intellectual Property: Includes pirated software, “warez,” or unauthorized copyrighted material.
  • Is Malicious: Includes viruses, trojans, worms, or any code intended to damage or hijack server resources.
  • Is Excessive: We reserve the right to throttle or suspend sites that consume disproportionate server resources (CPU/RAM) to the detriment of other users.
  1. Security Responsibilities
  • Password Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords for your hosting cPanel, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and training accounts.
  • Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to circumvent our security measures or “stress test” our servers without prior written consent.
  • Vulnerability Patching: For managed hosting clients, we handle updates. For unmanaged clients, you must keep your scripts/plugins updated to prevent exploits. Please check your account to see whether your site is managed or unmanaged. You will typically see a Maintenance and Support plan for managed accounts.
  1. Communication & Training Conduct

When participating in our training sessions, workshops, or community forums, you agree to:

  • Professionalism: No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language toward trainers or other students.
  • Non-Disruption: You may not interrupt live training sessions or record/distribute proprietary training materials without permission.
  • No Spamming: You may not use our training forums or client directories to solicit other clients for your own commercial purposes.
  1. Email & Anti-Spam

If you use our mail servers for your business:

  • You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (or your local equivalent).
  • Purchased email lists or “scraping” for leads is strictly prohibited.
  • Excessive “bounce-backs” may result in temporary suspension of your mail privileges to protect our server’s IP reputation.
  1. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to investigate any violation of this Policy. Failure to comply may result in:

  1. A formal warning.
  2. Temporary suspension of hosting or training access.
  3. Permanent termination of all services without a refund.
