This policy outlines the scope, limitations, and expectations for SEO services provided by Brilliantek LLC and its divisions Brilliantek Host and/or Brilliantek Media.
- The Nature of SEO
SEO is an ongoing process, not a one-time event. Results are “organic” and cumulative. The Client acknowledges that search engines (e.g., Google, Bing) frequently update their algorithms, which can cause fluctuations in rankings that are beyond our control.
- Service Level Tiers

- SEO Specific Terms
- No Guarantee of Rankings: While we use industry-best practices (White-Hat SEO), we do not and cannot guarantee a “#1 spot” on Google for any specific keyword.
- Timeline for Results: The Client acknowledges that significant SEO results typically take 3 to 6 months to manifest. Early termination of the service may result in a loss of momentum.
- Level 5 Exclusive Credit: Only Level 5 includes a $100 monthly credit applied toward Search Engine Marketing (SEM/Google Ads) to provide an immediate “boost” while organic SEO builds.
- Third-Party Fees: This policy does not include the cost of premium SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs) unless specifically bundled into your monthly tier fee.
- Client Obligations
- Access: The Client must provide access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Content Approval: For Tiers 3 and 4, the Client must approve keyword targets. For Level 5, we operate autonomously to ensure the fastest possible implementation, though content can be removed upon request (no credits issued).
- Integrity of Site: If the Client or a third party makes structural changes to the website or deletes pages without notifying us, we are not responsible for any resulting drop in search rankings.
